This process and activity for me is exciting. I enjoyed doing this activity and it is fun for me doing it. But first it is complicated to select or think what kind of design of logo that is simple, cool and looks elegant. But when you got the design already, it is simple to make and trace the sketch you have made. But in the end, it is worth the tire.

Vector Text Effects tutorial

I've learned that there are tools or options that cannot be use directly or anytime. there should be steps to use before you can use the effect, like Expand and etc. First it is hard to use Illustrator especially the pen/brush tool but when you are amateur/ new with it. But when you get used to it, it would just be so simple and  it is so addictive to design vector arts like logos and etc.

My learnings from this tutorial is that, this activity consists of many difficult instructions that can be improvise or has an alternative way to do those complicated instructions. But besides that, I enjoyed while making this activity thou its tiring but its fun and enjoyable to do it. so many insights and learnings with this activity.

Text Effects tutorials output

Mettalic text effect (ZACCY)

This kind of text effect made with Adobe Photoshop CS5 is a metallic&copper like text effect using layer style option.

Magma text effect (HANNA)

This kind of effect is a magma/melted stone/metal like text effect using layer style options and brushes.

Scary text effect (IZAAC)

This kind of text effect is a scary/ghostly like liquid style of effect using still with layer style options.

     While I was doing this tutorials there are a lot of things I have learned. Like the correct/right lighting or shadows for the selected text or object. The right position and location.

     Another is the fonts that we will use. Because even there are so many fonts but You still need to select the right an fit that has an curve effect for each alphabet that would best look with the effects that I made from the tutorials.

     Lastly is the color blending and the color manipulations/selection. With this I learn how to choose and see what colors that needs to be in the given object or effect. and what color is best for a good effect result and for a best digital art masterpiece in the future.

'Multimedia and it’s impact on our Society'

What if years before until today Digital pictures, Videos, music, different and modern kind of art and technology didn't exist? Would this world be a fun and joyous place to live in? That's why multimedia takes a big BOOM! or impact in our society and in this world today and in over all generations.

1 word to describe the big problem if multimedia didn't exist. It is the word 'BOREDOM'. People living in this planet doing those old things and stuffs  repeatedly for how many decades, would you not be bored with that? Would you ask yourself, "What's happening to this world? would someone do or create something new for us to enjoy a different and new stuff to do?..." for me, maybe yes. Even I can testify right now, its like just watching a movie/show or listening a song/music repeatedly for all over years. Will you not be bored by that? C'mon everyone, I know all of us will be so bored. And would like to do and create new stuffs to make their life happy and fun. Not only people will be bored. But also I can say that people will not be educated. Because even with Multimedia, we can learn a lot of things that are useful and a benefit to everyone. But though there are a lot of good things you can get by this, let's not forget that there are also bad things that we could get with this. But by using Multimedia in a right and good way, I know everyone will be polluted with good insights, ideas, and many other things that would help in bringing a good and better impact on our society.

In my course and field it is a big impact and a big start for me to show people who still doesn't know how to use any medium of Multimedia. By me I can influence and help many people in this earth in bringing our society into more hi-tech or modern days. By me and everyone who thinks and takes the course like I do, we could make the world go round much more better and exciting through multimedia and beyond. :)
